November 2, 2009 (Part 1); D-Wade gets 10,000 career point!

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade, made his 10,000 career point this morning against the Chicago Bulls.

Wade, already Miami's all-time leading scorer, and last season's scoring champion, made a free throw with 1:32 left in the third period to reach the said plateau. He entered the game only needing 20 points to pass the mark.

He is the 43rd active NBA player to reach the 10,000 point mark.

So for all you D-Wade fans, congrats to your boy. And may he have a healthy season with the Heat!
