September 26, 2009 (Part 1); UE beats FEU, twice, books Finals berth

Here are the results from the Final Four game last Thursday at the Araneta Coliseum!

UE: Paul Lee- 17 pts, 4 rebs, 3 assts, 1 stl.
FEU: JR Cawaling- 19 pts, 3 rebs, 3 assts, 1 stl.

With that second win against FEU, the UE Red Warriors successfully advanced to the UAAP Finals, where they will face the defending champions, the Ateneo Blue Eagles, in a best-of-three showdown for the coveted trophy.

This will be the Warriors' first Finals berth since losing to De La Salle in 2007.

Game 1 will be played tomorrow at the Araneta Coliseum at 3:30 PM.
