September 20, 2009 (Part 3); Ateneo thwarts UST, secure a trip to the Finals

Here is the score from this afternoon's Final Four game from the 72nd season of the UAAP, from the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City!

ADMU: Jai Reyes- 17 pts, 8 rebs, 3 assts.
UST: Dylan Ababou- 19 pts, 8 rebs, 1 asst.

With the win, the Ateneo Blue Eagles have advanced to the UAAP Finals for the second consecutive season, with a chance to go for a back-to-back championship.

Remember that Ateneo holds a twice-to beat advantage over UST, so a single win for ADMU would advance them to the finals.

They will now await the winner of the UE-FEU series, which will have a rubbermatch on Thursday, September 24, 3:30 PM at the Araneta Coliseum, since UE won yesterday.

So there you have it! You guys have just been fed!
