June 21, 2009 (Part 1); NCAA Season 85 First Round Schedule

First of all, I would to greet all the dads around the world a Happy Father's Day, most especially to my super dad. I wouldn't be walking on this world without you. I love you so much, you know that :) I hope that God would give you more strength to face every challenge that may come your way.

And now, since I gave you guys the schedule of the UAAP last night, I will now cover the counterparts, as I give to you the first round schedule of the 85th season of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) Mens' Senior Division. San Beda College will serve as this year's host.

The games will start on June 27, 2009, Saturday, at the Araneta Coliseum, with a triple-header.

There will be 10 teams all in all for this season, after the Philippine Christian University submitted a leave of absence, 3 new teams are going to play for this season as "guest teams". They could apply as regular participants of the league for next season, once this season concludes. The three new teams are the Emilio Aguinaldo College, Arellano University and the Angeles University Foundation.
