May 10, 2009 (Part 5); Barclays Premier League news and results!
Before the results, here are the news. Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United F.C. bagged the Barclays Manager of the Month, while Andrei Arshavin got the Player of the Month honors.
Ferguson helped the Red Devils win four games out of four in the month of April capped off by their 3-2 victory against Aston Villa.
Arshavin on the other hand is only the second Russian to bag the Player of the Month award since Andrei Kanchelskis on April 1996. What a coincidence since both of their first names are Andrei and they won the award on the same month.
And now, here are the results from last night's BPL action!
