April 7, 2009; Need I say more?

I don't want to brag about it, but, seriously, need I say more? This is not just a piece of paper. This is actually the piece of paper that signifies the turnover from being a sophomore to a growling junior! Hell year it is, but I will make sure that it won't be as toxic as possible! One step at a time, and everything will be as fine as a well-oiled machine baby! On to 2011!

I went to UST this morning to get my clearance. After which, went to Binondo with my parents, well, you know, all about the business. Ate lunch. Then went Robinson's Galleria, got my hair done at Bench Fix Salon, then played billiards. It's been a while since we played! Went around the mall, bought some things for the house, then, off we go, back to the barracks.

I've been contemplating whether to buy a new phone or a camera. What will it be...Hmm...Before anything else, I'mma save up first! Haha!

And now, here's the result from the NCAA Division 1 Championship game this morning.

It was a full packed Ford Field in Detroit this morning, with 72,922 fans witnessing this year's collegiate hoopla. It is between number 1 ranked North Carolina Tar Heels against the number 2 seeded and hometown heroes, the Michigan State Spartans. The first half ended with the Tar Heels leading by 21 big points, 55-34. But even though the Spartans outscored the Heels 38-34 in the second half, it wasn't enough to stop the wrath of the rampaging Heels as they claim their 1st championship since 2005.

For hall of fame head coach Roy Williams, it was his 2nd championship for the Tar Heels in just 6 years. That feat was achieved by legendary coach Dean Smith for 36 years when he coached the Tar Heels. So this championship is pretty special for Coach Roy.

Tyler Hansbrough, silenced all his critics by finally winning a championship for North Carolina. He finished the game with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists, proving that he is one of the most dominant big man to ever where a Tar Heel jersey.

And US Pres. Barack Obama was on the dot all along. He had a mock-up tournament bracket in which UNC won, well, it materialized. Good job Mr. President!

Michigan State 72
North Carolina 89
MSU: Goran Suton- 17 pts, 11 rebs.
UNC: Ty Lawson- 21 pts, 4 rebs, 6 assts, 8 stls.
North Carolina wins the NCAA Division 1 Championship.
