The photo above shows the Starting 11 for Manchester United's game this morning against FC Porto at the Estadio do Dragao. They are, starting from the standing players, (L-R) goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, defenders Nemanja Vidic, Rio Ferdinand and John O'Shea, striker Dimitar Berbatov, and the FIFA Player of the Year Cristiano Ronaldo.
The players sitting are (L-R) midfielder Michael Carrick, vice-captain Ryan Giggs, striker Wayne Rooney, defender Patrice Evra, and midfieldman Anderson.

This next picture shows Cristiano Ronaldo's shot attempt 40 yards away from the goal which made its way in, during the 6th minute of the match. The Reds went on to win due to that goal, 1-0, and winning 3-2 by aggregate as they move on to the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League along with Chelsea and FC Barcelona.

On the other quarterfinal match, Arsenal won over Villareal, 3-0 (4-1 on aggregate), much to the delight of the fans inside Emirates Stadium. The boys of Arsene Wenger made it an All-English semis as they face Manchester United in the next round.

The semifinals will start on April 29.

United's next fixture will be an FA Cup semi-final match against Everton on April 19 at 11 pm Manila time. The other semi-final will pit Arsenal and Chelsea, on the same date, but on an earlier schedule, at 12:15 AM Manila time.

So the chance for Manchester United to repeat history is still alive. They've already won the Club World Cup in Japan and the Carling Cup. They are the leaders of the Premier League, and on the semis for both the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup. So for all the naysayers out there, beware! United will make a final push to win all 5! The "Treble" will be all but a memory if the "Quintiple" will be made this year.

And now, here's your Idol update!

Former Idol contestant Jennifer Hudson sang her hit song "If This Isn't Love" on the results show, and teen superstar Miley Cyrus sang her hit "The Climb" as well. After all of the performances, the bottom three were announced. They were Matt Giraud, Lil Rounds and Anoop Desai.

Anoop Desai was asked to sit down because he was safe for this week. Giraud and Rounds were the bottom 2. And after all the suspense, Ryan Seacrest told the entire world that Matt Giraud got the lowest number of votes. After his performance, judge Simon Cowell told Matt that he will be saved from elimination. Therefore, two Idol hopefuls will be booted out next week. Next week's theme will be "Disco".
