April 3, 2008; The Return of the Comeback!
I worked out today at Slimmer's MegaMall. Finished early because there aren't much people. Today's target was the shoulder area. It felt pretty good but tomorrow, I expect my shoulders to hurt, that is because of the strain of the muscles. The next time I go to the gym, the biceps, triceps and the leg area will be put to the test.
By the way, in NBA news. Finally, after 4 and a half months of being out due to a knee injury, Gilbert Arenas, the captain of the Washington Wizards, made his surprise return to the Verizon Center to host the Milwaukee Bucks. But unfortunately, they lost, 110-109, via a buzzer-beating shot by the rookie Ramon Sessions. The Bucks were led by Charlie Villanueva with 24 points, while the big 3 of the Wizards composed of Butler, Jamison and the returning Arenas combined for 55 points (18, 18, and 17 respectively).
