June 7, 2007; Kerr jumps from the booth to the Suns front office

Phoenix, AZ- Steve Kerr, who had built a reputation as one of the best clutch shooter in the league finally geats the chance of making the difference "inside" too.

The former second-round pick of the Suns during the 1988 draft, who just played 26 games on his rookie season, never expected the position which he hold right now. He was named President and General Manager of Basketball Operations for the Suns after initially joining Suns' managing partner Robert Sarver's investment group in purchasing the franchise and becoming a team consultant.

And on other NBA news, the 1st game of the 2007 NBA Finals will be held tomorrow morning Manila time @ the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. The Spurs held the homecourt advantage because they have a better win-loss record than the Cavs. Game's 1, 2, 6, and 7 will be played at the AT&T Center, while Game's 3, 4, and 5 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
